Reading Section Three Questions

Questions that must be answered:
1. What do you personally think it takes to run an efficient market?
2. Why Do you think these things are needed for efficiency?
3. What could make your system not efficient?
-Remember to answer the questions full. After all Kappitie does grade your responses.

  1. 1.) I believe it takes people to invest into your stocks to have an efficient market.
    2.) These are needed because without people to invest into your stocks for your market you aren't going to make money and you aren't going to be successful
    3.) Not efficient would be your people not investing in your stocks for your market

  2. 1) to have and efficient market you need people to invest and for it to be a good investment in order for more people to want to invest.
    2) first off to have a successful market it requires you have people in that market investing. and people aren't usually going to want to invest in a poor stock or intentionally throw there money in the gutter.
    3) a lack of investors will result in a less efficient market.

  3. 1) I think to run an efficient market you need people to invest and a good product for them to invest in.
    2) I think these things are needed for efficiency because people aren't going to invest in a product unless they are worth it and the only way to make money is to have people invest in it.
    3) If there is not a good product for people to invest in the system would not be efficient.
